Employment Directive:

1. Applicants must submit  written application online or submit application to the Human Resources office. Required credentials/documents required for the position being applied for and referral letters must be either uploaded with the online application or submitted alongside the physical application. .

 

2. The Coordinator of Human Resources will notify the applicant if and when the application is reviewed and individual invited to an interview with the panel.

3. The applicant must be interviewed by the panel set up by the administration for the process.

​

4. The interview process will involve learning about the applicants professional ability in the field person is applying for, knowledge about the mission/vision of Tess-Pat Foundation Services, Social/Relational attitude/capacity.

​

5. Post interview, the HR coordinator will continue to be the intermediary between the applicant and the establishment. The Coordinator of HR will be responsible for informing the applicant of the outcome of the process, positive or negative.

​

6. There will be background checks and inquiry made about the applicant in previous places of work and crosschecking with referees.

​

7. There will be no by-passing of this process for any reason.
